JOBLIOX LLC ("Jobliox," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and handled when you use the Jobliox mobile application and related services.
When you use Jobliox, we may collect information that you provide when creating an account and using the app, including:
Jobliox does not require users to provide payment card or bank account information for the payment-recording features currently available in the app.
We use information to provide and operate Jobliox, including to:
Jobliox uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication for account authentication and Cloud Firestore for storing app data.
Account passwords are handled through Firebase Authentication. Jobliox does not store users' raw account passwords in its business records.
Jobliox allows users to enter information about their own customers in order to manage their businesses. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authority to enter and use customer information within Jobliox.
When a customer has related business or financial history, Jobliox may archive the customer record rather than immediately deleting it so associated jobs, estimates, invoices, and transaction history can remain consistent.
Jobliox allows users to capture a customer's electronic signature when an estimate is accepted. The app stores information representing the signature strokes along with acceptance information. This information may be associated with an estimate, transferred to a related invoice, and displayed in generated documents.
Jobliox can generate documents such as estimates, invoices, and payment receipts. These documents may contain business information, customer information, transaction information, and, where applicable, acceptance and signature information.
When you choose to share a generated document, the destination or recipient is selected through the sharing options available on your device. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate recipient and sharing method.
We use third-party service providers to operate certain parts of Jobliox. In particular, Jobliox uses Firebase services provided by Google for user authentication and cloud data storage.
These service providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Jobliox and are subject to their own applicable privacy and security obligations.
We do not sell users' personal information. Jobliox does not use user information for cross-app advertising tracking.
Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app, or disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, and integrity of Jobliox, our users, or others.
Information is retained as necessary to provide Jobliox and maintain the business records stored by the user.
Jobliox provides an in-app account deletion feature. When you permanently delete your Jobliox account through the app, Jobliox deletes the account's customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, associated payment and refund history, business profile, user settings, and authentication account.
Once an account and its associated data have been permanently deleted, the information may not be recoverable.
We take reasonable measures designed to protect information handled through Jobliox. Access to app records is restricted based on authenticated user accounts. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Jobliox is a business management application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through Jobliox accounts.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Jobliox changes. When we make changes, we may revise the effective date displayed at the top of this policy. Users should review this policy periodically for updates.
